Nina Meško (1973) lives and creates in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She has been dancing and choreographing for more than ten years, having gained her dance education at numerous workshops both at home and abroad. She spent a year perfecting her knowledge at various dance studios in New York (Movement Research, Dance Space, Merce Cunningham Studio) and also presented some shorter pieces there (Dixon Place, Judson Church, Joyce Soho …).
All her projects (Watching Alice, 13 Hours in April, Little school of flying, Deep Show, What a Feeling, The state of things) »showed articulated conceptual structure and strong interest in experiment«. They have been presented worldwide.
